As the CRM BA, you will analyse, design, and improve CRM processes to meet business and customer service needs — with a strong focus on contact centre operations.
If you have the following:
- 5+ years experience working in a contact centre environment
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (CRM-focused preferred)
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into clear solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
